A retained search will involve a refined process whereby we dedicate 100% of our Account Executive and Project Coordinator staff's time to rapidly identify two or three qualified, interested candidates for your specific requirement. The candidates will be represented exclusively to you; they will not be presented to any other client for the duration of your search engagement.

An engaged search will also involve a refined process however, we will devote 50%-75% of our Account Executives time to your search.  We will agree on a number of qualified candidates to be interviewed, however the candidates will be exlusively yours for a short period of time.

A contingency search also involves a refined process, however there is no guarantee of the amount of time that will be devoted and no candidate exclusivity.
